TO JOIN:

Add our club name or icon to your journal or sig
- For the icon - Put : iconThe-Near-Club : without the spaces
- For the devNAME - Put : devThe-Near-Club : without the spaces

Your name will be added to our member list. If you don't see your name there, leave a comment on the respective Members journal and we'll make sure to add you!

TO AFFILIATE

Send the club a note titled 'Affiliate'. Your club or chat will then be added to the Affiliates section of our journal.

TO SUBMIT

In your artists comments, be sure to give us permission to post your deviation in our gallery. We will link back to you.
Send us a note titled "Submission". The note should contain the following:
- A link to your deviation
- If your deviation is mature or needs to be rated maturely, and why.

NOTE: AT THIS TIME WE ARE NOT UPLOADING DEVIATIONS THAT ARE MATURE. Although this account can now legally do so, the admins have not yet discussed this matter together, and so for now we won't be accepting mature art/fanfics.

RULES FOR DEVIATIONS IN OUR GALLERY

Do NOT comment or favorite on ANY deviation! Comments are typically disabled, but we can't disable favoriting. Please show your appreciation for the artists by faving their original works. The links can be found in the artist's comments at the bottom of each deviation!
If you don't like a deviation for any reason (art medium/pairing/whathaveyou) then please don't flame. It's not bad to have an opinion, but it is fairly rude to bash an artist's hard work.

Please be respectful of everyone in the chat. You are always free to express your opinions, but please be courteous about it.
Follow dA's rules concerning the chats. The admins WILL ban you if they have to (we really would rather not).

GENERAL RULES OF THUMB
Please be kind and courteous to our staff/admins. The majority of us are in college/working. We'll really try to get to your submissions as fast as we can.
Please be kind to our members. We're all here because we love Near!
If you have any problems, questions, concerns, etc., please send the club a note. The admins of the club will get to you just as soon as we can, and notes with specific subject lines really stand out for us!

TO LEAVE THE CLUB

Simply stop watching the club.
- Feedback is nice. If you have a specific reason you left (i.e. inactivity) we'd love to hear why so we can improve as a whole.

Below are listed the admins of the club that are known at this time to be active. This section will be updated to reflect the admins running the club who are active and who can be contacted if questions arise.
